We're filmmakers first.
Aflik exists because every other AI tool we tried treated filmmaking like an afterthought — a four-second clip, a generic UI, no sense of craft. So we built the one we wanted to use.
Our north star: the work should look like the film in your head. Whether you're a screenwriter starting on the page, a director composing in shots, or an editor working from your own footage, Aflik should be the most considered tool in your kit — not the loudest.
And it should pay you for the work it shows. Royalties on Watch are real and ongoing.
Principle 02
Creators get paid.
Auteur members earn royalties when their films play on Watch. Curators are credited. No black box.
Principle 03
You own the work.
Films you publish to Watch are exclusive to Aflik by default. Want to release the same film elsewhere? Opt into non-exclusive at publish time and we take a small royalty on what you earn off-platform. Keep it private and we don't see it.
