1. Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Aflik without authorization, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on Aflik.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. File a notice

Use the form below (fastest — it lands directly in our moderation queue) or email dmca@aflik.app.

Aflik will register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office before public launch.

3. What we do when we get one

We will promptly review every valid notice. If the claim is facially valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

4. Filing a counter-notice

If your content was taken down and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your contact information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in the federal court for your address (or any judicial district in which Aflik may be found if you are outside the U.S.).

Send counter-notices to dmca@aflik.app.

5. Misuse of the process

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages.

6. Repeat infringers

Aflik will terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
